Movefreely Manual Therapy is remedial massage, and alignment focused service. Injury prevention – Optimal Recovery – Muscle Tension – Pain Relief – Functional Activity Correction. We are all about getting people out of pain, into posture and increasing performance. Our approach is the whole body as we look at how the gears work together and not just as an individual unit. We aim to fix the body on the root cause and not just the area of dysfunction.

Once Off Session
We suggest booking a once off session if you are coming in for the 1st time or need only a muscle tension release now and then. A package can then be booked after and we will reduce the cost of the once-off session from the package.

Packages
When it is necessary to have multiple session to overcome an issue or if you aim to make manual therapy a maintenance approach to your physical health, then the packages are the most cost-effective way to go. Note: All packages are paid upfront and expire in a year period.
